* A return must be made within 7 days of the received date.
* Returns or exchanages are not accepted after the 7 day period.
*A full refund of your money will be made to you less the shipping charges.
* We do not accept returns or exchanges on damages caused by shipping.
* All returns are to be made in good condition, spoiled and damaged articles are not accepted.
EXCEPTION: Items that are personalized/customized are charged when ordered and may not be cancelled after customization has begun.
Please e-mail us if their is a problem with your order. We do not accept returns without prior authorization from us.
